PRODUCT WARRANTY

NG Systems does not offer any form of price protection.

NG Systems warrants all products to be free from defects arising from the manufacturing process under the following conditions;

All OEM products and desktop computer systems (excluding monitors and printers), carry a one-year product warranty unless otherwise specified. For products covered by manufacturers' warranties longer than one year, we will cover replacement costs for the first year only, after which the customer must pay for any charges incurred during warranty replacement.

For replacement and/or repair under the NG Systems Product Warranty program, please contact us to obtain an RMA number. The customer must ship the product to NG Systems via insured carrier along with a copy of the original invoice and packaging to have it tested.

If a claimed defect cannot be identified or reproduced in service, an extra charge, for each hour or part there of, will be charged for diagnostic work completed, and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs incurred to return the item. 

NG Systems will not be responsible for warranty service should the serial numbers be removed, should the product not be maintained properly or fail to function properly as a result of misuse, abuse, improper installation, neglect, improper shipping, overclocking, or due to service work by someone other than NG Systems.

Virus removal/detection is not covered under the NG Systems Product Warranty and is subject to service charges.

MS Windows and/or other software support are not covered under NG Systems Product Warranty and are only provided by the software manufacturer. Labour charges may be applied for any problems that are determined to be software related.

Postage, insurance, travel, or shipping costs incurred in presenting your product for warranty service are the customer's responsibility; however NG Systems will gladly cover the cost of shipping repaired/replaced products back to the customer for the first year of warranty.

With respect to the use of this product, in no event shall NG Systems be liable for any loss of profit or any commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages. 

Most repairs/replacements take 2-6 weeks depending on the distributor and/or manufacturer of the product.
