SHIPPING AND RETURNS

For your convenience, we accept returns for warranty work by mail. Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you. IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days.

All products must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other items or accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Once verified that the product is defective, NG Systems will arrange for service work to be completed by the manufacturer or their local authorised repair facility.

Postage, insurance, travel, or other shipping costs incurred in presenting your NG Systems product for warranty service are the customer's responsibility.

If a claimed defect cannot be identified or reproduced in service, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, and an extra charge, for each hour or part there of, for diagnostic work completed.
