Methods of Payment 

It's easy to make a purchase at NG Systems. For your convenience, we accept bank transfer payments, BPay, Australia Post Billpay, mailed payments by bank cheque or money order, Visa and MasterCard. Surcharges apply on credit card payments at 1.7% and are only to be used for purchases sent to the credit card holders address. No credit card details are stored on our servers for security reasons. All of our advertised prices are in Australian dollars. 

Purchasing by Minors

For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our online store, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.

Misprints

We do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our web site. In the event that you are shipped an incorrect product, we will gladly accept the unit back for exchange.

No Returns Policy

No returns, no exchanges, no refunds. We only accept returns for warranty work, but not if you have changed your mind about your item.
